Elements

A defendant commits sodomy when they engage in any sexual act with a person who is 14 years of age or older involving the genitals of one person and the mouth or anus of another person.

Fine

Class B misdemeanor: A fine not to exceed $1,000, plus a 90% surcharge.

Restitution

The court may order the accused to pay restitution if convicted of this crime.

Imprisonment

May be sentenced to a term not to exceed 6 months.
