1st Degree Felony.
A defendant commits sodomy upon a child if they engage in any sexual act upon or with a child who is under the age of 14, involving the genitals or anus of the defendant or the child and the mouth or anus of either person.
1st degree felony: A fine not to exceed $10,000, plus a 90% surcharge.

The court may order the accused to pay restitution if convicted of this crime.

If convicted of this crime, imprisonment is mandatory.

Not less than 25 years and which may be for life.
Life without parole, if the judge finds that at the time of the commission of the sodomy on a child the defendant caused serious bodily injury to another; or at the time of the commission of the sodomy on a child, the defendant was previously convicted of a grievous sexual offense.
Lifetime registration.

A defendant convicted of sodomy on a child must provide a DNA specimen.

A defendant convicted of sodomy on a child may not posses, use or have control of a firearm or ammunition for life.
