In Utah, the types of sexual activity that are generally prohibited by law include sexual activity involving children, and any act where there is harassment, nuisance, fear, injury or assault of a sexual nature, the absence of consent, or a risk of abuse in certain professional relationships. Under Utah law, pornographic material of children is prohibited to possess, view, distribute, create, or permit to be created.
